Description
One Stop Epoxy Self Leveling 100% Solids Epoxy is a professional-grade, two-component, high-build epoxy resin designed for industrial, commercial, and decorative flooring systems.
Its 100% solids by volume formulation contains no water or added solvent that must evaporate during curing, allowing the applied material to maintain substantial film thickness. It can be used as a solid-color body coat, receiver coat for decorative flakes or quartz, commercial epoxy layer, or uniform base coat beneath metallic epoxy flooring systems.

- Flake Receiver Coat: 133–150 ft²/gallon, or approximately 399–450 ft² per 3-gallon kit
- Higher-Build Solid Color / Commercial Coat: 100–135 ft²/gallon, or approximately 300–405 ft² per kit
- Metallic Epoxy Base Coat: 135–150 ft²/gallon, or approximately 405–450 ft² per kit
Working & Cure Times
At approximately 75°F (24°C):
- Bucket Time: Approx. 8 minutes
- Floor Working Time: Approx. 45 minutes
- Tack-Free: Approx. 8–10 hours
- Recoat Window: Approx. 12–24 hours
- Light Foot Traffic: Approx. 24 hours
- Heavy Foot Traffic: Approx. 48 hours
- Vehicle Traffic: Approx. 72 hours
- Full Chemical Cure: Approx. 7 days
Higher temperatures shorten the available working time.
Surface Preparation & Application
Concrete must be properly cleaned, repaired, mechanically prepared, vacuumed, and evaluated for moisture before application. The product's self-leveling properties help the resin flow and settle after spreading but do not eliminate the need for proper concrete preparation or repair of cracks and surface defects.
For a full 3-gallon kit, Part A should be premixed before adding all of Part B. The complete mixture should then be mixed for approximately 2 minutes at 300–450 RPM using a suitable cage- or box-style mixer and immediately poured onto the prepared floor.
Important: This epoxy should not be used as an exposed exterior finish because direct sunlight can cause ambering. Exterior systems require appropriate UV-resistant protection.
